Testimonials

Andrew Devereux came recommended to us from a mutual contact. We were looking for a lawyer who could operate to a clear brief and assist us to safely transact with an end goal and timescale in mind. Communication was key; both with ourselves and the firm on the other side and our funders legal team. Andrew proved very effective and approachable on all fronts. He had a clear eye on our future plans, advised us on some matters that would not be obviously apparent until well in to the future. When speed was of the essence our needs were his top priority. All carried out in a professional, friendly and pragmatic manner. We are continuing on this and other matters to use Andrew.
Andrew Devereux has a vast knowledge of land transfers, leases and land and property queries. He understands the most complex issues and always provides an excellent standard of service. He familiarises himself with the local area which gives him a greater understanding of matters.
