Machins new staff

Nigel Gibson-Birch has recently joined our Private Client Team and here his CV shows what he can bring to this expanding department.

Before joining us he was a Partner in the long established firm of Williams & Company where he built up a strong client base.

Personal Profile

Experienced in many areas of the law, but with a keen interest in Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Elderly client issues and Conveyancing.

Nigel grew up inSt Albansand now lives locally with his family.

Background and Experience

Joining Machins gives him the ability to further specialise and enjoy working in a dedicated team environment.  He feels that the ethos at Machins: offering a first class, but always highly personal service, absolutely suits his approach.   The organisation at Machins will assist him to continue to apply exactly the same degree of professionalism required, but with greater support and communication systems.

He finds the jargon-free (wherever legally possible) approach of Machins refreshing and it fits absolutely with his desire to encourage as many people as possible to make Wills which are only as complicated as they need be.  Nigel is pleased to join a long established and leading firm in the Town.

Interests

Nigel feels music, reading, table tennis and travel are four sensible items to admit to, but has many more interests.
