I just wanted to take the time to say thank you both, for your services and helping me along the way, being a new home owner and buying alone, I knew nothing about anything so you had to receive plenty of simple questions from me every other day. I'm grateful for your help and patience.
Mr Pritchard I would like to thank you for the support regarding quick completion of the transaction. I was very impressed with the effectiveness of your work and immediate feedback to raised issues. I will be more than happy to recommend your services to my friends.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. Advice was given whenever asked for and was given with regard to the law but also with common sense applied.
