Agents fee on attending First Possession Hearing£165.00
All costs are subject to the addition of VAT and disbursements.

Notes

  1. Court fees and other disbursements will be invoiced and must be paid in advance. Court fees can be found here.
  2. All fees quoted are on the basis that the claim is not contested or defended that the details on the invoice are full and correct, and a statement of account is provided if more than invoice. In the event that a claim becomes contested then the matter will no longer be dealt with within our fixed fee structure.
  3. We will charge for defended matters on the basis of our hourly rates. The applicable hourly rates are between £195 and £325 per hour (plus VAT), reviewed annually.
  4. Whilst we do all in our power to obtain a successful outcome we cannot guarantee payment or recovery from the debtor and you will remain responsible for our fees.
  5. The costs quoted above are not for matters where other enforcement actions are required. We can provide cost estimates for those on request.

  1. The above fees include:-
    • Taking your instructions and reviewing documentation
    • Undertaking appropriate searches
    • Sending a letter before action
    • Receiving payment and sending onto you, or if the debt is not paid, drafting and issuing claim
    • Where no Acknowledgment of Service or Defence is received, applying to the Court to enter Judgment in default
    • When Judgment in default is received, write to the other side to request payment
    • If payment is not received within 14 days, providing you with advice on the next steps and likely costs
  2. If the matter is undefended it usually takes approximately 2 months to obtain a Judgment from instructing us.
