Employers are subject to a duty to protect their workforce from discrimination and take steps to prevent disability discrimination at work. This includes recognising the benefits of having an inclusive and diverse workforce that does not exclude disabled people.
In this free webinar, Jackie Cuneen and Philip Bain from our Employment Law team will be providing guidance and advice on the responsibilities employers have to prevent disability discrimination occurring in the workplace.
The presentation will run from 9.30am -10.15am followed by an online Q&A session for anyone wishing to ask questions.
